Terms of Sales

The Avoriaz Booking Center has the availability of a stock of apartments from real estate agencies, hotels and private landlords.

The customer can contact it by email, through the website www.avoriaz.com or by phone.


If the customer is satisfied with the proposal made by the central Booking of the Avoriaz Tourist Office and wishes to book, the agent registers an option on the desired rental.

The option specifies the various services booked, the price of the stay and the deadline of the option.

In case of reservation made less than 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay, the full amount of the stay will be asked.

The client will have to check that the description of the accommodation, the dates of stays correspond to his request and will have to confirm his option by the payment of his deposit in the indicated time.

Without any news from the customer within the time indicated, the option will be canceled and the corresponding accommodation made available to other customers of the Central Reservation.

The host is informed of this cancellation by e-mail.


The receipt of the deposit gives rise to the confirmation of the file and to the redaction by the agency, the hotel or the landlord concerned to a reservation contract, on which is mentioned the balance due.

Confirmation of your reservation which clearly indicates the services ordered, prices, dates will be sent by email within a maximum of one working day.

You will find on this document the name and telephone number of your host. We invite you to contact him directly for any questions regarding your arrival.

Means of settlement

The deposit and the balance of the stay can be paid by credit card, bank transfer (fees are the responsibility of the customer), or cash depending on the provider. For bookings within 7 days of the arrival date, only payment by credit card or bank transfer will be accepted.

Payment of the balance

The balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival. It will be claimed directly from the agency.

Tourist tax

It will be paid directly to the host at the arrival or departure, according to the scale set by the municipality of Morzine-Avoriaz.

Modification or cancellation

Avoriaz Reservation depends on the general conditions of sale of each host regarding changes or cancellations of files. They are available on request.

Book online
You can save an option on the site avoriaz.com choosing an apartment, a cottage or a hotel room and then saving your address. Once your payment validated a file number will be assigned.
How long is the valid option?
The option is valid for 7 days (more than one month stay), during which the payment of the deposit must be received or be done online.
More than one month before arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total amount must be paid within 7 days.
In case of late bookings (less than 7 days), the total amount will be charged by credit card.
In all cases, your stay must be paid 30 days before arrival.
How to pay the deposit?

Can I pay with holiday vouchers ?

The fees for some agencies
A deposit is required to pay to the host upon arrival.

What are the hours of arrival and departure ?
Accommodation is generally available from 17 pm on the day of arrival.
